You can rest assured that you will not be locked into an unreasonable contract in the event that you need to discontinue lessons. Simply give us one weeks notice either by email or by telling your instructor in your last lesson. If we are part way through the month we will reimburse your credit card for the balance or return your postdated cheques and give you a cheque for the balance of the month.
We expect that everyone will need to miss a couple lessons throughout the year. Please let us know as soon as possible that you will be away. We are happy to make up two lessons that are missed. If no notice is given we can not make up the lesson. If more than two lessons are missed we will need to charge for the lessons for you to retain your lesson spot and keep the loyalty pricing.
Lesson fees for the month are due before the first day of the month in order for us to hold your spot. Late payments are at regular price and do not qualify for loyalty pricing. Late payments are subject to a 10% administration fee for each month that payment is late. Late payments may result in your time spot being forfeited.
