Discontinuing Lessons
You can rest assured that you will not be locked into an unreasonable contract in the event that you need to discontinue lessons. Simply give us one week notice either by email or by telling your instructor in your last lesson. If we are part way through the month, we will reimburse your credit card for the balance or return your postdated cheques with a cheque for the balance of the month.
Missed Lessons
We expect that everyone will need to miss a couple lessons throughout the year. Please let us know as soon as possible that you will be away. We are happy to make up two lessons that are missed. If no notice is given, we cannot make up the lesson. If more than two lessons are missed, we must charge for the missed lessons for you to remain in the loyalty pricing program.
Late Payment
To reserve your spot lesson fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments do not qualify for loyalty pricing. Payments later than 30 days will result in your time spot being forfeited.
